Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must contact us prior to returning your item to receive a return authorization code (RAC).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days. Unapproved returns will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Custom Orders and Sale Items
Custom orders and sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We will gladly exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging.

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must contact us prior to returning your item to receive a return authorization code (RAC).

Once your return has been inspected and approved we will send out your exchange. You are responsible for paying shipping costs on the new item.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
