1. What is your policy on returns and/or exchanges?
We want you to cherish your jewellery and we believe in the quality of our collection.
We will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery receipt. All items must be returned in original condition in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
We will refund the original cost less the shipping charge. We will credit your original method of payment once we have received the item back in original condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges. We cannot accept returns on custom orders or sale items.
2. What are the terms of your product warranty?
All Mikel Grant Jewellery comes with a 90 day warranty for any manufacturing defect such as chain, clasp or ear wire breakage. Please contact us right away if you have any issues so we can help resolve the problem.
3. Where is Mikel Grant Jewellery made?
All Mikel Grant Jewellery is made by hand in British Columbia, Canada.
4. How do I care for my Mikel Grant Jewellery?
Our jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed. When not in use please store your jewellery in a dry, airtight container.
Keep your jewellery clean by occasionally removing skin oils and body products. Wiping your jewellery with our polishing cloth is the safest method to clean your jewellery.
A rinse in warm water with mild soap followed by drying with a soft cloth will also refresh your jewellery.
Silver and gold will tarnish due to exposure to air. This is a natural process, not a fault in the jewellery.
Tarnish can be accelerated by contact with such things as skin creams, perfume, salty air and chlorine. We recommend you remove your jewellery before showering, swimming and doing dishes.
To remove tarnish use our jewellery polishing cloth.

5. What materials are used to make Mikel Grant Jewellery?
Our jewellery is made with solid 14K & 18K gold, .925 sterling silver and 14K gold filled*, precious & semi-precious gemstones and pearls.
14K gold filled is the next best option to solid gold. It has over a hundred times more gold than plated/vermeil items and, with care, will last for years & years. It is a layer of solid 14k gold pressure bonded to a core of base metal (brass usually).
6. How long does it to take to produce my order?
Please allow 7 business days to handcraft your piece of jewellery.
7. How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders over $150 ship for free within Canada & the USA.
In stock items normally ship within 2-3 business days. Made to order pieces normally ship within 7 business days.
Shipping within Canada: all orders over $40 ship with tracking & insurance.
Cost: •Free for orders over $150.
•$10 for orders between $40.01 and $149.99
•$4 for orders $40 and under
Shipping to USA: all orders are shipped with tracking & insurance.
Cost: •Free for orders over $150.
•$10 for orders under $150.
Shipping to Europe: all orders will ship with tracking & insurance.
